History

1964Trading company for electro-mechanical components

1983Foundation of the subsidiary Amotec Electronic AG, which takes over the field Microwave Equipment

1987Andreas and Markus von Arx take over the management. Expansion to system components and systems. Development of assembly and systems.

1990Foundation of the subsidiary Invertag GmbH in Munich – therefore extended development in the German market.

1995Due to strategic reasons (concentration on the HMI core business) sale of Amotec Electronic AG to its director.

1997Commercial partnership with the Demmel Group, consisting of Demmel AG, Rawe Electronic GmbH, Dyna Systems GmbH, E.P. Elektro Projekt GmbH & Co. KG. This partnership enables Invertag to concentrate on the German market and to outsource the production of major orders.

2000Sale of the section connectors to EME AG, therefore complete focussing on the HMI market (Human Machine Interface).

2001Relocation of subsidiary Invert GmbH from Munich to Lindenberg, where the partners of the Demmel Group are located.

2002Execution of an exclusive distribution contract with Conrac GmbH, a leading producer in the field transportation and public displays.

2005Invert GmbH moves into the new premises in Scheidegg.
